We may also collect information about you in surveys or for sweepstakes and contests on our site and information about the searches you perform and the pages you visit on our site. Drafthouse.com may also monitor, on an anonymous aggregate basis, patterns of use in connection with e-mails that it sends out, including which links are clicked on in our email communications, so that we may use such information to better personalize the content of our site and our mailings for our users. We may also automatically collect your Internet Protocol address to help diagnose problems and for system administration. If you request information about franchise opportunities, we may collect personal information in connection with that inquiry including your name, address, and financial information such as your net worth. All such information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of information by Drafthouse.com.

Alamo Drafthouse will not sell, rent or barter your personal information to any third parties. 


We may from time to time collect anonymous statistical information regarding our customers, traffic patterns and site usage. In addition, we may report aggregate information to our advertisers. Such aggregate information will not individually identify any user. 


Alamo Drafthouse uses the information we collect from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information we collect is used to customize your experience at our Site, showing you content that we think will be interesting to you and displaying content according to the preferences you indicate while on our Site. We may use your information to send you promotional materials about Alamo Drafthouse and its partners. We may also use your information to contact you, if necessary or requested. 


If you request information about franchise opportunities, we may use information you submitted in connection with evaluating you for a franchise. 


We reserve the right to disclose any information if such action is necessary (a) to conform to the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process or a subpoena served on Drafthouse.com, (b) to protect and defend the legal rights or property of Drafthouse.com, our site, or its users, or (c) in an emergency, to protect the health and safety of its users or the general public.

3. Choices you have regarding the collection, use and distribution of your information.

Registering on our site automatically enrolls you in the Alamo Victory Program (AVP) and gives us permission to send you communications. Drafthouse.com reserves the right to limit any registrations on our site to those who will accept our information and to those who will provide the requested information. Once you register, you will be able to tell us the types of communications you would like to receive. Our goal is to not send you more than 2 communications per week. You may also decide to leave the Alamo Victory Program at any time by logging into your Victory account and clicking 'Deactivate Account.' In every update that we send, we will include an option to be removed from the program and discontinue receipt of future communications and updates.

4. "Cookies," and how Drafthouse.com uses them.

"Cookies" are bits of electronic information that a web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her visit to the site. Drafthouse.com may also contain links to other web sites and advertising. The privacy policies of those web sites and advertisers may significantly differ from that of our site, and Drafthouse.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites or for the privacy policies and practices of other third parties. 8. Privacy rights of California residents

California residents are afforded certain rights related to the collection and sale of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA." 


Under the CCPA, California residents may request a disclosure of the Personal Information we have collected, shared, or sold in the preceding 12 months.
